Updating the exercise for the AL5D_mdw, changing the collision bound

Ulici Ioana-Anamaria requested to merge ikm_updates into master

Changed a bit the exercise questions such that the 2 poses are valid. I had to make the collision bound -1cm in order for the robot to be able to actually pick something from the table. The woodboard is 2 cm tall so hopefully it won't be too much of a problem.
