Introducing the storyline

This is a merge request for initiating the storyline for the laboratories.

With this occasion, I am also restructuring the files into two big separate sections: Theory and Assignments. I am also planning to release a single theory and assignment each week, to avoid students getting confused with older versions of the labs (we must release new labs latest Monday morning).
