Proper naming conventions

You should re-name some aspects of this project, to reflect better what it is about.

• Package folder name: this is not so much about robot validation, as it is about robot identification
• Actual package name: the name of the package and of the folder should be the same
• Node names: Here I think you can reflect better what the node is doing in its filename. E.g. 'measurements.cpp' says nothing about its specifics. I think it would be more appropriate something like 'joint_position_ramps/steps' (not sure anymore if it was steps or ramps).
