Package clean-up

Please clean-up a little bit the package structure.

• Commit uncommitted changes in the repository
• Include proper metadata on package.xml (maintainer, description)
• Make sure you have all the dependencies, and only the necessary dependencies defined in package.xml and CMakeList.txt
• Update the README.md to reflect the new nodes, and the new names once you solve #2 (closed)

Once you do these, I think we can merge the automatic_record branch with master
