Adding an example of symbolic definition of a DGM

While teaching, I noticed that we don't have an example on symbolic expressions, which might be good for this lab. I added a cell with some example code for defining a symbolic DGM and for evaluating it for specific joint coordinates.

I wouldn't go and update all the computers this week, we stick to updating on Fridays. But it's good to have it for next year maybe.
